We offer two different versions of Letterbox Lab:
- Explore box: Perfect for ages 6-12+
- Investigate box: Great for ages 8-12+
Both boxes are designed to fit through most letterboxes and are packed with all the essentials. You won’t need to run to the post office or dash to the chemist – just open and play!
(And yes, we’ve kept the upper age limit flexible because so many parents and grandparents tell us they have just as much fun as the kids do!)
A Unique Series of Scientific Adventures
What really sets our science kits apart is how they work in a series. Both the Explore and Investigate series come with fully illustrated, colourful instruction booklets featuring our awesome lab assistants, Meg and Pico. They’ll guide your children through each experiment and lead them on a captivating scientific story that unfolds over twelve boxes.
The Investigate Box also includes collectable lab equipment that kids will use again and again throughout the series. This leaves room in later boxes for fun gadgets and cool new science toys. Why have twenty test tubes when you can have four test tubes, a set of buzz magnets, a magnifying glass, and a tub of colour-changing slime?
